Jasper joins rescue after his owner could not care for the needs of an english bulldog anymore. Jasper is in need of some TLC and has already had a medicated bath in his foster’s home. He has some skin issues and is itchy, along with having infected ears. He will need to be neutered. Jasper is getting along well with the other dog in his foster home and loves to play. He is crate trained and also house trained. He does not seem to have been walked much and does not like being on a leash yet.
