Glover came into FEBR recently with his back right leg degloved after being hit by a car over the holidays. It was a pretty gruesome injury where you could see inside of his leg to the bones and he has some ligament/tendon damage along with some road rash under his legs but thankfully no broken bones. Over the last few weeks our vet has been able to close up 50% of his wound and neuter him. He requires twice a week splint and bandage changes under sedation and receives laser therapy as well. Over the next few weeks we will continue splint/bandage changes and laser therapy and when there is enough healing to his wound he will be fitted for a leg brace. Stay to for more updates.
